Breakfast was good. However, I did not have the time and appetite to enjoy the food as I was going for the Shizuoka Marathon that morning, will enjoy the breakfast next time.

Perfectly located near the station, close to the shopping district and lot of places to go out and eat/drink.

Very good design for the laundry room checking system, u can check the availability of washing machines online! Definitely will come back ! All clean and tidy!

Good location and good customer service

The room was small. It was not including breakfast.( it was including breakfast last year.)

The location was very convenient to get to the station and to other interesting bits of the city. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress, which my back loved! To my great surprise, I had a view of beautiful Fuji-san from my 10th floor window on 1 of the 4 days I stayed (3 days the clouds were too low). Japanese breakfast was great with miso, rice, salad, pickles, fresh grilled fish and more. Free coffee available, and a load of different things could be borrowed from the front desk for no fee (I borrowed an iron and ironing board, and a plug converter). Lots of vending machines and a coin operated washer/dryer were also available. Staff were friendly and helpful. 7-11 located literally downstairs next door was handy for snacks and bits and bobs. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shizuoka.

The staff seemed friendly even though I didn't ask for anything except check in/out.

The room is terribly small, it's hard for two people to move around. The breakfast is only asian so for a european it is terrible. We paid for it with the room but we went to Starbucks.I took the smoking room, in the corridor there is a smell of smoke that bothered even me who has smoked for twenty years. Then smoking in a two-square-meter room with a window that doesn't open is absurd even for a smoker. Really a terrible hotel

Bed uncomfortable hard—unable to sleep. Floor is softer! Room very small.

They had a pillow bar with different tipes of pillows and you could get an extra pillow for free. There is a SevenEleven just downstairs. The staff were very friendly.

Very helpful staff at the front desk. Breakfast was tasty. I really like the fact that you can monitor the timer of the washer on your mobile device.

I loved the breakfast which is luxueus to my opinion with mackerel, miso soup, rice, salads and many drinks. The latter can be refilled.
